Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try before you buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases with Elovelle.

Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout
  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be automatically charged for each recurring delivery unless you choose a prepaid option
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their stated term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel prior to the next billing date
  • If you want to cancel or modify your subscription, you may do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails include a link to manage your subscription. You can access your customer portal from there to make changes

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in inventory.

Depending on the product, Elovelle may:

  • Collect no payment at checkout
  • Collect a partial deposit, or
  • Store your payment method and charge the full or remaining balance when the product becomes available and ships
  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before fulfillment
  • Once the pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellation is no longer permitted. However, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy

Try before you buy

  • When you select a try before you buy option, Elovelle will authorize your payment method prior to fulfillment
  • You will have a specified evaluation period to decide whether to keep the item
  • If you return the item within the allowed timeframe and in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, you will not be charged (or will only be charged applicable fees, if disclosed at checkout)
  • If the evaluation period expires and the item has not been returned, your payment method will automatically be charged for the full purchase amount
