📦 Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your package has been lost or stolen, we kindly ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier listed in your tracking email.

Once a package has shipped, Elovelle is no longer able to intervene on behalf of the customer regarding delivery issues. Any concerns related to delays, lost, or stolen packages should be directed to the carrier.
